TERRITORY RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Allied Medical Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • With at least 1 year experienced in Pharmaceutical Sales.
  • Required Skills: Sales Ability, Territorial Management, People Management Skills, Targeting sales and market data.
  • Hardworking and Self-motivated
  • Must have strong sense of commitment and high sense of responsibility
  • Proactive and has good communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
  • Full-Time position(s) available

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales strategies for the group
  • Deliver targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth for assigned territory/area
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Contribute to all team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

DISTRICT MANAGERS

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2-5 of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With strong leadership and interpersonal communication skill

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy, tactics, sales and marketing plans for assigned territory/area
  • Delivery of targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth of assigned territory/area
  • Selection of qualified Territory Relationship Managers (TRMs) for hiring
  • Provide direction, manage the performance, train and develop TRMs
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

ON THE JOB TRAINEES

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • With willingness to learn and to be trained.
